A few problems with two different products, on each occasion the customer service was brilliant!! Friendly/helpful & straight forward return for exchange
Yes!! We all have to make money if you offer good customer service when it’s needed then you’ve cracked it well done Bose 10/10

Wasted money, worst customer experience ever
My earphones stopped working after 2 months. Still on warranty but in order to replace them I had to send them and I was advised turnaround time is 4 weeks for new ones to arrive. Not only that, Bose lost somewhere my dispatched package and it’s nowhere to be found. Worst customer experience ever. Wasted money.

The usual “if I could give them zero I would “
My sound bar stopped working and as it was only 6 months old I contacted Bose under the guarantee. Initially hard work to deal with but eventually I got an email with a label to return it via DHL.
As there had been no update in 2 weeks I tracked the package and all it’s done is go 10 miles to another depot.
So many of these companies like to say they have great customer service but this one certainly doesn’t.
Wish I’d bought it at John Lewis. At there you get proper customer service. Won’t buy direct from Bose again.
Free warranty replacement 4 years after purchase
Have owned a pair of QC35 headphones for around 4 to 5 years. They stopped working properly after a recent trip away, the issue being they turned themselves back on and drained the battery.
I checked Bose’s website for a solution, and having found the problem identified, the site informed me that I was entitled to a new pair of QC45s at no cost. I sent away the broken QC35s last week and received the replacement QC45s in the post today. Truly blown away by the customer service.
A disappointing situation that turned around
I bought Bose Sport Earbuds - I was walking my normal commute to my office and my one bud fell out, it rolled and unfortunately rolled into a drain. This is really unlucky circumstances that of all places the earbud would roll into a drain.
I reached out to Bose to let them know of the disappointment. While I wasn't happy with the initial reaction, they helped me by organising a discount on a new pair of earbuds. I need to post my current ones and then will buy a new pair at a discounted rate

BOSE HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
If i could put no stars, I would.
My Bose Quiet Comfort Earbuds bought on 15 December 2020became defective, refusing to pair. I gave Bose a call, gave the serial number on my QCEarbuds, was sent a replacement Bose earbuds only to realize when they arrived it was the wrong Bose that was sent: the Bise Sports Earbuds instead of Bise Quiet Comfort Earbuds. I called Bose again , providing vuay email the receipt of my Bose Quiet Comfort Earbuds ( xith my email address and name as well as the copy of the paypal transaction refkecting that purchase.Bose customer service was adamant the serial number they were given was that of the sports earbuds!
Bose sent me a cheaper set of earbuds £179when my QCEarbuds are worth £249...

Just bought the bose soundlink and wish I never did. Doesn't charge in the wall socket only on my laptop.
Sound is absolutely shït unless you only listen to drum&bass. Dont buy it if you like to hear some guitar or vocals..playing Pink Floyd on this is sacrilegious.
App is completely useless as well. Pair,volume and name your speaker is about the only thing you can do on it oh and there is no equaliser.

I sent a replacement and I got no update until I reached out to them. They told me that I had already received the item which was not true. I called them and they reassured me that a replacement was going to arrive in 5 days. After 7 days, I asked support for an update as I had not received any tracking code. The response was that they could not send me a replacement free of charge and that they close the case. This is outrageous. 230 pounds gone wasted. Never trust Bose.

Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice...
Bought Bose Sleepbuds II directly from Bose. First shipment dead on arrival. Charging lights won't come on. Ensured cable was ok and transmitting power. Followed tech support instructions over phone. Offered 50% discount to wait for a new replacement pair. Replacement pair arrive a week later. Exactly the same problem. Given the documented issues with the prior version of the Sleepbuds, it's clear this company has serious quality control issues.

Lies Lies Lies
Product was faulty and returned for repair that was not covered by warranty. Product lost when sent back. I have been chasing a refund for the original product and repair costs for nearly 2 months! Stay away buy something else- poor quality expensive products with appalling customer service.
I was told payment would take 25 working days (yes 25) from 9th May. No payment then was told 7 to 10 days (not working days) from 10th June. No payment. Been told today 23rd June that will be another 10 to 14 working days.
The employees just tell lie after lie.
UPDATE - finally got my refund on Monday 27th June. How does it take money that supposedly left their account on 9th May take nearly 2 months to arrive?

Bose - Expensive Rubbish
For the second time in 18 months my expensive Bose QC earbuds have ceased to function.
This is not a quality product, just an expensive product.
Never, ever buy Bose products. I certainly won't be fooled again.

Amazing products, company and service
Amazing company and amazing service. Just had a rattle sound on the left speaker start on my Bose Tempo frames and Bose are replacing them for free. I also had a pair of Bose QC35ii’s that I had die on me just after the warranty expired but after calling Bose to ask how much it would be they decided to not only honour the now expired warranty but offer the NC700’s as an upgrade for (If I remember correctly) just either £20 or £40 more.
Honestly I don’t think I’ve experienced such good service and warranty coverage. If anything goes wrong they seem to give you a new device! Their customer service (in my opinion) over their phone and via their website is top notch and on par with the likes of First Direct. Their website is also super easy to use and ergonomic to navigate.
Their products are market leading and sound absolutely extraordinary whilst not being ridiculously expensive (for what you get) and usually lasting a very long time.
Keep up being great Bose, as long as you do I plan on remaining a very loyal customer as well as continuing to recommended you to just about everyone I know!
Bose... What a company
Can't believe it. I rung, I said my bass module 300 (which they don't make anymore) is not sounding quite right. The cheek of it, they offered to collect it, fix it and return it for £125 bearing in mind I've had it for 7 years. But then they offered me 30% on that. Then I mentioned I buy quite a lot of bose products for no other reason than I had all my products in eye view. The cheeky buggers offered me new headband and ear cushions for my qc35 mk2 for free. I mean how ridiculous is that. Then they offered me a brand new bass module 700 with 40% off for being a loyal customer. Never had such bad customer service that they give me things for free and offer me top quality, market beating products with a ridiculous discount. Absolute cheek of it. Anybody would of thought they were treating me bad.

So disgusting what they do. You are unable to buy a replacement charging case for earbuds. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS. I found a replace my online only to be told you cannot pair to them
